Return Policy

 

Please note: Strictly NO refunds or returns on sale items

We offer returns for a store credit or exchange only, unless stated otherwise on our website during a promotional period where refunds may be offered. 

  • You must contact us within 14 days of placing your order with us.
  • All items must be in the original condition they were sent, with all tags in place, unworn and unwashed. 
  • Once you have chosen a store credit or exchange, we will supply you with a free return shipping label for Australia Post.
  • Due to the popularity of some of our collections we cannot guarantee we will have the exchange request in stock. If you are afraid of missing out, please send us an email and we can send you a code for free shipping so you can place a separate order and request a refund for your initial purchase.
  • If you are requesting an exchange that is out of stock, you will be issued with a store credit.
  • We only offer one free exchange, after that shipping will be charged at the expense of the customer.
  • Swimwear bottoms can't be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
  • Free Returns does not apply to any sale items or promotional items.

We will provide you with the return address and all the details you need.

Refunds

We are happy to refund full price purchases if you are not completely satisfied (excludes sale items and promotion discounts).

  • You must contact us within 14 days of placing your order with us.
  • All items must be in the original condition they were sent, with all tags in place, unworn and unwashed. 
  • Please place a note with your return with your full name and order number.
  • Swimwear bottoms can't be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
  • Free Returns does not apply to refunds.
  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Promotional discounted items are not eligible for refund.

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable and the return shipping to us is at the customer's expense.

Refunds can take 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on the payment method used.

Sale Items

If you would like to return your sale item, please email us. When we receive your return, we will issue you a store credit only. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Sale items include promotion discounts.

Incorrect or faulty items

On the rare occasion that you happen to receive an incorrect or faulty item we sincerely apologise! Please email us so that we can reimburse you for return shipping and resolve the issue.

We endeavour to sort returns as quickly as possible however please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed.

Refunds and Store Credits Overseas

 

If you would like a store credit or a refund,
